Team Central is the sister company to Olympiad Gymnastics that we help manage.

Team Central is a 501-c-3 organization and has been in business since 1993.

This position can be full time, between 22-40 hours per week.

Olympiad Gymnastics has been in business since 1979. With 6 locations to serve the St. Louis Metro area, we pride ourselves in being the largest and complete gymnastic center in the area.

School Age Gymnastics Teacher / Manager Responsibilities:
•    Teaching gymnastics 22-40 total hours per week (day and evenings, possibly Saturday). Actual teaching hours will be 15-25 hours per week.
•    Exemplify excellent leadership
•    Help hire and build a superior staff
•    Create a culture dedicated to building happy, healthy confident children
•    Increase staff proficiency in teamwork and administrative performance
•    Administer and market the program.
•    Manage the program for outstanding quality and consistency

•    Provide top customer service

•    Marketing or sales experience a plus
•    Oversee a strong developmental program focused on the child’s best interest

School Age Gymnastics Teacher / Manager Requirements:
•    Must have 2 years experience working with children in a gymnastics or professional setting.
•    Individuals must be a fun, energetic, and responsible person to lead our School Age Gymnastics Program (1st grade & up).
•    Must have knowledge of the sport of gymnastics or comparable (dance, cheerleading)

•    Must show proven excellent leadership skills

•    Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)

•    Excellent communication skills with parents, staff and children
